Process Mapping

description
“Our customers are complaining that this is a hassle! Fix it!”
“This isn’t working, we need to streamline this process!”
“Let’s clear up the confusion here!”

Have you heard these comments? Where do you start to fix the problems? How do you know if the problem can be fixed? Are you even sure you have the real problem identified?

This workshop will answer those questions and tackle those problems by using a process called Process Mapping. It is a way to ‘dig deep’ into the problem to:
  • identify the real problem(s)
  • find out who and what the problem(s) affects
  • identify the cause(s)
  • identify potential short/long term solutions.

Whether you are 'clueless' or more experienced in the use of process mapping, you will gain insights to help improve relations with and service for your customers and suppliers.
